Universal provides this integrated solution through the Woven talent management system, a suite of recruiting, screening, and selection tools designed to make hiring easier. The integration will offer a seamless transfer of candidate background screening information as a single sign-on, from the Universal Background platform into Woven software.

Universal’s integrations enable Woven customers to seamlessly submit background check requests, obtain paperless candidate authorization and disclosure forms, and view completed background check results.

Woven helps multi-unit franchisees by offering a single platform with a suite of management tools, replacing the need for multiple suppliers, portals and logins. Through a single login, franchisees gain in-one-place knowledge, accountability, consistency,  productivity and liability protection. 

A la carte features, make onboarding simple and based on franchisee-prioritized needs. Woven’s ‘Team Members’ feature hosts a suite of tools to support hiring, and ongoing management of employees. In this feature, Universal Background Integrates with Woven to make background checks, and the management of them simple and automated.
