Universal Background Screening Announces Results of Client Satisfaction Survey, Including 99.8% Client Satisfaction with the Company's Customer Service
PHOENIX, April 6, 2010 – Universal Background Screening, Inc., a leading provider of employment background screening, drug testing, physical exams, and compliance management solutions, today announced the results of its annual Client Satisfaction Survey.
Universal takes pride in its commitment to delivering a high level of customer service, a unique approach to dedicated account management and industry-leading turnaround time. According to the survey:
- Universal scored a 99.8% client satisfaction rating for its level of customer service. 92.8% of clients answered that they are "very satisfied" or "extremely satisfied."
- Universal scored a 99.5% client satisfaction rating for the quality of its products and services. 91.0% of its clients answered that they are "very satisfied" or "extremely satisfied."
- 98.7% of Universal's clients indicated that they are likely to recommend the Company to others.
