For organizations using Bullhorn, ordering eForms just became dramatically easier. You can now initiate eForms directly inside Bullhorn, eliminating manual steps and reducing time-to-order.
This streamlines your workflow within your ATS, reduces clicks and errors, and is ideal for high-volume staffing agencies and recruiters.

Smarter, More Complete Candidate Data Collection
Automatic Capture of Candidate Sex (When Required)
Certain states (including Illinois, Indiana, South Carolina, Louisiana, and Georgia) require the collection of a candidate’s sex to complete specific background screening searches. UBS now automatically collects this field when applicable.
This keeps you fully compliant with state-specific requirements. Data is transmitted securely to appropriate vendors and is never displayed on the consumer report.

No SSN Required for International Screening
For employers onboarding global candidates, UBS now offers an “I do not have a U.S. Social Security Number” option on international orders.
This prevents incorrect SSN submissions, removes friction for international employees, and reduces candidate confusion.

Strengthened FCRA Compliance Built Into Your Workflow
Static Link Permissible Purpose Logging
All newly created static link sites now automatically include the FCRA permissible purpose, with an added agreement step when downloading these links.
You get full logging of FCRA purpose for each order and automatic documentation for compliance audits.

Operational Updates to Improve Efficiency
UHealth Notification Controls
Account Implementation teams can now enable or disable UHealth reminder and expiration notifications directly within Commons Manager, giving them more flexibility to support complex employer workflows.

Unified Ordering for UHealth + Background Checks
Clients enabled with UHealth can now order background checks and UHealth services in a single order. This simplifies workflows and reduces the chance of missed steps.
You’ll experience fewer logins, fewer clicks, and a single, unified order process. This is ideal for healthcare employers onboarding staff quickly.

SMS Notifications for Direct eForms (ATS Integrations)
Candidates now automatically receive SMS notifications when a background check is launched from ATS systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, and others.
This results in faster candidate response times, better completion rates, and an improved mobile-first candidate experience.

Enhanced eForms 9 Customization
For clients needing specialized disclosures or authorization language (like highly regulated industries), UBS now supports custom documents and language in eForms 9, including the Davidson Post Conviction Form.
You get full customization for compliance and branding, plus a consistent experience across updated eForms workflows.

PAA Updates & Pricing Adjustments
Email delivery of Pre-Adverse Action (PAA) letters is now restricted to orders placed via eForms. Pricing updates for mailed services will go into effect on November 19, 2025 as this feature expands toward General Availability.
Improved PAA/AA Document Handling
Custom PAA/AA letters now print with an additional page to work seamlessly with UBS workflow and envelope formatting.
